If we're talking about the rifle, I'd say that's a rough illustration of an SKS. I say that noting that any magazine, fixed or removable, is hidden by its user's support arm.

You used to be able to buy SKS's around here for about $80. That was just 15 years ago. Gun stores had barrels of them. I sure wish I'd have bought a few back then.

I haven't seen them around here for $80 since the '90's. Never bought one. Tried one once, quickly reaching the conclusion they were built for short people, or those who dress for Arctic temps. Semi-auto made tough and simple, but for my purposes, I wasn't too impressed.
